- In the unfortunate event that your delivered product is faulty or damaged in any way, Tango Candles stands ready to assist you. We are happy to offer either an exchange for the same item or a full refund. Should the specific product be unavailable, we will present you with a suitable alternative. T&C may apply.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method employed for your initial purchase. Please allow a time frame of up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
